The online shop evender.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is owned by Evender Nordic O\u00dc (registration number 11035912), located at Tuleviku tee 2, Peetri village, Rae municipality, Harju County 75312.<\/p>\n
The terms and conditions of sale apply when purchasing goods from the online shop. The prices of products sold in the online shop are indicated next to the products. VAT and the cost of delivery of the goods are added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online shop are in euros.<\/p>\n
The cost of delivering the goods depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery cost will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order. Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly with the goods.<\/p>\n
The online shop may change the Terms and conditions and prices at any time. Changes to the Terms and conditions will be published on the website evender.ee and will come into effect immediately after publication. By using the e-shop and placing an order through it, the Buyer confirms that they have agreed to the Terms and conditions.<\/p>\n
To order goods, you need to add the desired products to your shopping basket. To complete the order, you need to fill in the required data fields and select a suitable delivery method for the products.<\/p>\n
The amount due will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid by bank transfer (via invoice). Upon confirming the order, the buyer will pay 100% of the product price.<\/p>\n
The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due in the Online Store's current account. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer shall be notified as soon as possible and the paid amount (including the costs of delivering the goods) shall be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of the notification.<\/p>\n
Parcels are sent to the following countries: Estonia.<\/p>\n
The online shop delivers the Product via parcel locker service. In addition, it is possible to collect the Product yourself at Tuleviku tee 2, Peetri k\u00fcla, Rae vald, 75312 Harjumaa. It is necessary to arrange an appointment in advance for self-collection.<\/p>\n
The buyer bears the shipping costs, and this pricing information is displayed next to each shipping method. Domestic shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the conclusion of the sales contract. In exceptional cases, the seller has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.<\/p>\n
The online shop is not responsible for delays or problems that arise if the delay or problem is caused by inaccuracies in the data entered by the Buyer when placing the order.<\/p>\n
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online shop within 14 days. To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in a manner as would be allowed for testing the goods in a physical shop.<\/p>\n
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity<\/p>\n
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear and tear, the Online Shop is entitled to reduce the refund amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.<\/p>\n
To return goods, you must submit a withdrawal from purchase form and send it to the email address evender@evender.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.<\/p>\n
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item being returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.<\/p>\n
The online store shall reimburse the buyer without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which it is informed of the buyer's decision to withdraw from the contract, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.<\/p>\n
The online shop may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract back, or until the buyer has provided proof that they have sent the item back, whichever occurs first. If the buyer has expressly chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by the online shop, the online shop does not have to refund the consumer the cost exceeding the cost associated with the standard method of delivery.<\/p>\n
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store has been stated significantly below the market price of the goods due to an error.<\/p>\n
The online shop is responsible to the buyer for non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the terms of the contract or for a defect that already existed at the time of handover of the item, and which becomes apparent within two years from the handover of the goods to the buyer.<\/p>\n
For the first six months after the item is handed over, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of handover. It is the Online Shop's responsibility to refute this presumption. If a defect appears, the Buyer has the right to contact the Online Shop within two months by sending an email to evender@evender.ee or by calling +372 67 15 746.<\/p>\n
The online shop is not responsible for defects that arise after the goods have been handed over to the buyer. If goods purchased from the online shop have defects for which the online shop is responsible, the online shop shall repair or replace the defective goods.<\/p>\n
Where the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Shop shall refund the buyer all fees incurred under the sales contract. The Online Shop shall respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form reproducible in writing within 15 days.<\/p>\n
The buyer gives the Online Shop consent to process their personal data.<\/p>\n
The online shop uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) solely for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The online shop transmits personal data to companies providing transport services for the purpose of delivering the goods.<\/p>\n
The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed their wish by entering their email address on the website and has informed of their wish to receive direct marketing messages.<\/p>\n
Customers can unsubscribe from email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.<\/p>\n
The parties shall be released from performing obligations arising from the contract and related thereto, either partially or in full, if prevented by force majeure, provided that the parties are obliged to take all measures to prevent damage to the other party and to ensure the performance of the contract to the greatest extent possible. The occurrence of force majeure must be proven by the party wishing to refer to the said circumstances as a basis for being released from statutory and\/or contractual liability for non-performance or improper performance of contractual obligations. Force majeure, within the meaning of the contract, shall not include a change in the party's economic situation, bad weather conditions, price increases, holidays, bankruptcy, or a warning of bankruptcy or the securing of a claim.<\/p>\n
The online shop's liability is limited to the cost of the product.<\/p>\n
Links leading from the online shop to other websites are not under the control of the online shop, and the online shop shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from or in connection with the use of such links.<\/p>\n

If the buyer and the Online Shop cannot resolve a dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Shop.
